A lot of scientific research is currently investigating the positive effects of mindfulness, opening up a broad field in which science and spirituality intersect. Already in the lecture you will receive concrete recommendations on how you can cultivate mindfulness in your life and how the sounds can support you. At the same time, you will learn more about the basic ideas of practicing mindfulness and meditation, which have their origins primarily in Buddhism. Scientific and philosophical backgrounds are also part of the lecture, as are simple practical exercises. In the workshop you can deepen this knowledge and experience how well-suited the sounds of the singing bowls and gongs are for practicing mindfulness and meditation. Since working with sound is inherently characterized by a high degree of mindfulness, there is a close connection to hearing and sound, which opens up many synergies. The sounds can quickly bring us into a conscious awareness. This helps us be more conscious in our life, and also be more present during a sound massage or other fields of activity.

Experience the singing bowls as a source of strength and use them in everyday life. The sounds of singing bowls and the Sound Massage quickly lead to pleasant relaxation, during which body, mind and soul can regenerate. This “sound relaxation” has a positive effect on stress, inner balance as well as anxiety and pain. This makes sound methods a perfect complementary offer in wellness and prevention, pedagogy, counseling, therapy, care and healing.
Our sound congresses offering exciting lectures, inspiring workshops, practical forums, atmospheric sound sessions, concerts to enjoy and relax.
Just two to five minutes of practice a day is all you need to relax your body, mind and soul with sounds and improve your own health regularly.
