Words of welcome
Dear sound enthusiasts, for over 25 years I have been engaged in examining the effects of sound on human beings. This led to the development of sound massage and further sound methods building on sound massage. With their effective boosting of relaxation processes they constitute an ideal basis for the promotion of health, problem solving and learning.
With our 5th Sound Congress the Peter Hess Institut addresses trained Peter Hess-sound massage practitioners as well as anyone interested in using sound, sound massage and sound methods on a private and/or professional level.
Our congress program includes a unique offer of presentations and workshops transporting both experience-based and scientifically established insights into working with sound.
We are most delighted to have Prof. Dr. Dr. Manfred Spitzer (Ulm), one of the most famous German brain researchers, speaking at our congress. We also extend a very warm welcome to Prof. Dr. Hella Erler and Prof. Dr. Luis Erler (Regensburg), Prof. Dr. Klaus Feßmann (Salzburg), Alexander Lauterwasser (Heiligenberg), Jadranka Marijan-Berendt (Berlin), Prof. Dr. Maria Anna Pabst (Graz) and Prof. Dr. Rolf Verres (Heidelberg) – and, of course, to all other speakers, and last but not least also to the numerous workshop leaders.
One outstanding highlight will definitely be the concert with Tibetan singer Dechen Shak-Dagsay. And the festive evening to celebrate my 70th birthday will be a memorable event – with wonderful music and a lot of surprises!
As founder and head of the Peter Hess Institut I would like to invite you cordially to attend this very special 5th Sound Congress. I hope it will be an inspiring encounter for you with sound and sound massage – and with us, the people who work with it with all their dedication and enthusiasm.
Soundful regards,
Yours
Peter Hess & team
